After the session, people generally feel very relaxed. Energy Medicine is known to contribute to better sleep, improved concentration, reduced anxiety and an overall sense of well-being. Most clients report a sense of deep calm, enhanced clarity, and increased vitality after their sessions.  Many clients report increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days.  Some clients claim relief from long-term aches and pains after an initial session, however, healing is unique to everyone.  Sometimes it proceeds with dramatic speed, and other times there is a gentle, gradual change with a distinct increase in well-being over time; allowing your system time to integrate.  Benefits are seen in areas of acute and chronic physical conditions, stress, emotional states, and unhealthy lifestyle habits.

 Energy Medicine is the safest, most natural, most readily available medicine there is, and therefore, there are no toxic side effects.  However, occasionally when some long-held energy patterns begin to shift, one can experience temporary emotional or physical discomfort within 24 to 48 hours following a session.  Since toxins may be released from your soft tissues during energy work, it is recommended you drink plenty of water after the session and do not participate in any strenuous activity the day of your session.At the end of the session, you will then be taught targeted exercises specific to our work together.  These exercises are repeated at home to help your body assimilate to the new pathways and to help hold the shifts to maintain vibrant health and vitality.  You will leave the session feeling more centered, calm and energetically aligned. Follow up sessions will first re-assess prior work done to see what has shifted and then evaluate for any further need for balancing.
