Kathleen’ background consists of Critical Care and Trauma Nursing. After many years of working within an allopathic, high-acuity medical model, she became disheartened by the disparity of care seemingly given to patients based on age, insurance, demographics and social class.
With a deepening interest in quantum physics, a belief that ‘everything is energy,’ coupled with her own spirituality and eagerness to learn, combined with a strong desire to be of service to others, she realized the Holistic Healthcare model was where she wanted to focus her intention and practice.
It is a modality that is available to ALL people, with treatment plans determined by the client’s needs, rather than their age, status or social class.
As the practitioner provides a healing energy session, she also teaches, explains, and demonstrates; as well as assigns energy healing techniques for the client to do at home. This serves to reinforce the positive energetic shifts that have taken place as well as promote self-care. It ‘empowers’ the patient, rather than giving them a sense of helplessness with complete dependency on mainstream medicine.
Kathleen offers sessions in West Milford, NJ on a lakefront property, which serves as the perfect setting to create relaxation and harmony, while restoring and balancing one’s energies. In nice weather, if a client prefers, the session can be held outdoors directly overlooking the lake.
In addition to her own practice of Energy Medicine, Kathleen enjoys yoga, meditation, and gardening. She also volunteers by providing Energy Medicine sessions to those in Recovery, struggling with addiction; as well as VET TRIIP®, by providing multiple integrative modalities in which she is trained, to assist in IIP to help our service men; especially those suffering from PTSD.
